What software to use?
Unless you're a professional animator, you need to look for easy-to-use animation software.
And there are different choices out there like Vyond, Powtoon, and Toonly.
Among these, Vyond is the best but it comes with a somewhat high price, which is of course worth it if you're an agency creating multiple cartoon videos every month.
If you're on the budget, there's this NEW app called Vidtoon, which you can consider.
